the bungalow at this hotel was amazing - spacious, comfortable beds, and a terrace over the water. the staff helped us with arranging transportation and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. loved the peaceful location near the river and the option to rent bikes for exploring. overall, a wonderful stay that exceeded expectations.
Check-out experience felt unpleasant and confusing.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Great food plus lovely staff. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Being minute walk from Little india was nice, we had dinner there.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the river where all the boat tours were happening. It was also conveniently located next to the center of town and close to the main restaurants in Nyaungshwe. We loved how we could easily access the temple on the hill and experience the rural life along the way. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.
Some of the facilities in the hotel seemed a bit outdated and in need of renovation.

The eco-friendly concept is admirable with use of organic products and environment friendly items. the staff was helpful in assisting with all our travel arrangements and make the stay comfortable.
noise from the surroundings sometimes created disturbance which took away from the peace and quiet of the location.

This hotel offers great value for money with its attention to detail and excellent service. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a touch of Myanmar decor, and being on stilts on the water adds to the unique experience. The location, just on the edge of town and directly at the boats in Nyaung Shwe village, is perfect for exploring the area and immersing in local life. The breakfast with home baked bread is a delightful start to the day.
The only minor downside was that some power outlets were in awkward places, making it slightly difficult to charge our phones.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice shower. The hotel is located in a convenient area near restaurants and shops. The boat tour we booked through the hotel was great and we saw everything we wanted to see during our visit.
The noise from the surrounding area and the hotel itself was very disruptive. We could hear our neighbors talking and the traffic on the street was loud early in the morning.

We had an exceptional stay at a luxurious lodge in the heart of a charming town. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The spacious suite had modern amenities and a comfortable bed, providing a relaxing retreat after exploring the nearby attractions. The hotel offered a convenient boat service just a few steps away, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, although a bit on the expensive side. Despite a few minor drawbacks, including a lower exchange rate and occasional noise from the busy area, the overall experience was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay.

The attention to detail in the rooms is remarkable, with the rooms being on stilts on the water and equipped with a large kingsize bed and a terrace outside over the water. The hotel also takes pride in their breakfast, serving home baked bread that is simply delicious.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was quite lovely and the complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. The location was also perfect with easy access to nearby attractions. The best aspect was the view from the room - absolutely stunning!
There were a few things that really put a damper on our stay. First, the cleanliness was not up to our standards.

The hotel's location is very close to all the nice restaurants in town, just across the bridge into the town and right on the river that leads to Inle Lake. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We found parking to be convenient and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Additionally, the breakfast provided was the most interesting one we have had in our travels in Myanmar, with a wide range of options to choose from.
Couldn't fault.
